LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Authorities Sunday said six people were injured in a collision involving a Metro bus and car in the Mid-City area.
The crash in the 1700 block of South Spaulding Place was reported just after 6:30 a.m.
Brian Humphrey, a spokesman for the Los Angeles Fire Department, said one person, who was trapped inside the vehicle, was freed.
Preliminary information revealed that as many as seven people were believed to have been injured, but that number was downgraded.
No further information was immediately available.
